The video cassette comes in a card sleeve. The sleeve states that the show was
recorded on 14th May 1999, but it was in fact on 14th April.
Re-released twice on DVD, the second version has a different cover and has the
"Empty" video added.
The re-release has a different (blue) cover, but no extra tracks (Candle060DVD)
